Recently, 2019 Shanghai Ranking's Global Ranking of Academic Subjects has been officially released, and nursing of Central South University ranks 76-100 (Ranking first in China), ranking among the top 100 for three years in a row.

The ranking covers 54 disciplines, covering five fields of science, engineering, life sciences, medicine and social sciences.

In the nursing discipline ranking, there are two universities in the Chinese mainland, including Central South University and Sun Yat-Sen University, both among the top 100 universities in the world.
