Question 1. What has been an unforgettable experience during your time at the School of Nursing?

The proposal writing of the National Natural Science Foundation of China under the supervision of my mentor, including brainstorms, idea generation, and draft preparation, impressed me most. I worked all night to complete the proposal and made it perfect, which had benefited me a lot.

Question 2. How has your experience at the Xiangya School of Nursing helped you with your career trajectory?

I am inspired by the faculty in the Xiangya School of Nursing of Central South University and their research on chronic illness, maternal and child health, and so on. I really hope to provide evidence-based and person-centered nursing for communities in healthcare by putting what I have learned into practice.

“Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.” The future is unpredictable and all we can do is cherish every minute of life now. Work hard and play hard.
