Xihu Street Community Health Service Center is located at no. 656 Xianjia Lake Road, next to the pleasant West Lake Cultural Park. The construction area of the base is more than 2000 square meters, which is a practical project for the people by the municipal and district governments. It undertakes comprehensive community health services such as prevention, health care, medical treatment, health education, rehabilitation and family planning for more than 40,000 permanent residents within its jurisdiction. There are general clinic, women's health care, children's health care, children's planned immunity, Traditional Chinese medicine, oral health care, rehabilitation physiotherapy, transfusion observation, B ultrasound, electrocardiogram, X-ray, laboratory tests, etc.It has ecg machine, color B ultrasound, trace element instrument, blood count instrument, urine routine analyzer, biochemical analyzer, blood glucose meter, traditional Chinese medicine steam bath treatment bed, three-dimensional traction bed, pneumatic therapy instrument and other auxiliary examination equipment as well as common diagnosis and treatment, prevention and health care and health education equipment. Since December 2016, Xihu Community has become the practice base of Xiangya Nursing School of Central South University.
