Zhao Liping is a professor of Xiangya School of Nursing at Central South University, Chief nurse, Director of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. In 2009, She went to Yale School of Nursing for further study. Dr. Zhao was the deputy director of Nursing Department of Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University and had her expertise in clinical nursing, nursing management and nursing research for 23 years. Meanwhile, she has long been engaged in research on geriatric nursing, humanized nursing and health promotion. She had hosted 9 provincial scientific research projects and had published nearly 120 academic research paper including 5 SCI journal and 11 textbooks (monographs) as a Editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief. Dr Zhao is a member of the Editorial Committee of postgraduate and undergraduate textbooks (National 12th and 13th five-year Plan). She is the vice president of Hunan Geriatric Society and Chairman of the care branch(GSC-CB), executive director of Hunan Nursing Society(HNS), chairman of the Surgical Professional Committee(SPC), vice chairman of Nursing Education Professional Committee of Hunan Nursing Society(NEPC-HNS) and member of Hunan Provincial Nursing quality Control Center(HP-NQC). Dr Zhao has been a reviewer for more than 4 scientific journals as a reviewer.
