BIO


Xiangyu Liu has been a specialized nurse in the field of oncology nursing since 2000. She is the master supervisor at the Xiangya Nursing School of Central South University. She is the director of the Health Service Center in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University. Dr. Liu has long been engaged in palliative care and cancer care research. She has committed to China's end-stage cancer patients to develop innovative care plan to reduce patient discomfort, improve the quality of life, so that they can comfort and dignity through the last stage of life. Dr. Liu has published over 110 academic papers and spoken at more than 10 academic conferences. She has supervised 10 national and provincial research projects in China. She is the secretary of the Palliative care Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association. She is the reviewer of many journals.
