Professor Minhui Dai has been a registered nurse since 1997 and a specialized nurse since 2001 in the field of operating room. After her clinical career in operating room services, she has been engaged in developing application of fluid infusion in renal transplantation and testing relationship of new onset diabetes. She has her expertise in cooperation in the urology surgery and nursing administration. Dr. Dai is the member of the Academy of Ophthalmology branch of Chinese Nursing Society, the group leader of nursing group of Ophthalmology branch of Hunan Medical Association, the medical expert of Hunan Medical Association, the permanent council and group leader of nursing group of Hunan integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine optometry Professional Committee, the deputy head of Ophthalmology Group of facial features nursing of Hunan Nursing Society, the member of the elderly care and health care Steering Committee of Hunan Health Management Society and Occupational health and Management Committee of Hunan Health Management Society. She has over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and 2 book chapters. Dr Dai is committed to mentor young researcher and faculty members in their academic career. She has supervised 3 master candidates. Currently Dr Dai is a member of the editorial board of the Xiangya nursing science and Technology Journal.

Minhui Dai is an Professor of Xiangya School of Nursing at Central South University. Dr. Dai has long been engaged in research on nursing administration in ophthalmology department, nurse incumbency education and nurse practitioner project. Dr. Dai has published 24 academic papers and spoken at more than 10 academic conferences at home and abroad. She has supervised 4 research projects funded by domestic funds, and has been a reviewer for 1 scientific journals as a reviewer.
