Gao Hongmei has been engaged in hospital clinical nursing and nursing quality management for 35 years.He has worked in the department of Pediatrics of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University for 20 years and served as the head nurse of the pediatric ward for 11 years.She has been the head nurse of internal Science department of nursing department for 3 years and the Deputy Director of Nursing Department (in charge of clinical nursing quality) for 10 years.Current Social Position:Health management institute of nursing quality management in hunan province professional committee members, the Chinese nursing association, director of the nursing management of the professional committee, the China association for quality medical and health club medical quality promotion expert group members, in hunan province committee member, deputy director of the nursing association professional committee of pediatrics nursing association of hunan province, modern Chinese medicine, Chinese endoscopic medical journal editors, etc.Presided over and participated in 6 scientific research projects.She has edited (deputy) 8 nursing books, published more than 30 papers, and won 2 national utility model patents. As a nursing expert, she has participated in the supervision and inspection of nursing quality throughout the country and the province for many times, guiding quality nursing and continuous improvement of nursing quality.She has been to the United States, Germany, Hong Kong and Taiwan for exchange and study.
