Prof. Yongyi Chen, PhD, doctoral supervisor, vice president of Hunan Cancer Hospital, enjoy the State Council Special Allowance, High level Nursing leading talents of "225" project in Hunan Province, national outstanding scientific and technological worker, The Excellent Contribution on oncology nursing by Asian Oncology Nursing Society, The China Outstanding Nursing Excellent by Chinese Nursing Association. Her main research area is palliative care, cancer care, stoma, and wound care.
She serves as the Board Member and Communications Portfolio of ISNCC (International Society of Nurses in Cancer Care). She is the Director of the Palliative Care Committee of CNA(Chinese Nursing Association), expert of National Hospital Management Panel, Vice President and director of cancer care of Nursing Association of Hunan Province, Director of Nursing Management Committee of Hunan Hospital Association, Executive Vice principal of Hunan international Colostomy Therapists School, Editor of Asia-Pacific Journal of Oncology Nursing, Chinese Journal of Nursing, and Chinese Nursing Management.
She has published more than 100 papers including more than 10 SCI papers. She has compiled more than 20 monographs, served as editor-in-chief of more than 10 monographs which including one national undergraduate planning textbook, deputy editor and editor of two national planning textbooks. She is the PI (principle investigator) of one sub project of China Ministry of science and technology, 11 provincial scientific projects, and served as the Principle investigator of the wound rehabilitation clinical research center of Hunan Province. She has got the 3rd Prize of Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award, the 1st Prize of Science and Technology Award of China Anti Cancer Association, the 3rd Prize of Science and Technology Award of Chinese Nursing Association, the 3rd Prize of Science and Technology Award of Chinese Nursing Association of Chinese Hospital Association, and the 1st Prize of Hunan Medical Science and technology.
