BIO


Dr Jinfeng Ding is a lecturer at Xiangya School of Nursing, Central South University. Dr Ding is also an Adjunct Research Fellow at School of Population and Global Health, The University of Western Australia, and Associate Supervisor of PhD student at the Australia Health Services Research Institute of University of Wollongong, Australia. Dr Ding has research interest in palliative care and aged care, particularly for patients with cancer and dementia. His PhD project has developed the first ever clinic-based data collection for routine evaluation and improvement of palliative care and end-of-life care in Australian general practice. Dr. Ding has extensive experiences and publications in both quantitative and qualitative research. He has published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers on high-impact journals and presented his research at a number of international academic conferences. Dr Ding is a member of the Palliative Care Committee of China Anti-cancer Association (CACA), Nursing Committee of China Medical Education Association (CMEA), Australia Public Health Association (APHA), and Western Australian Cancer and Palliative Care Network (WACPCN).
