BIO


Professor Jinnan Ou has been a registered nurse since 1985 and a specialized nurse since 1986 in the field of emergency and intensive care,After her 7 years clinical career in emergency department , she was sent to Singapore for two years to study medical nursing.Later, she worked as a head nurse in cardiovascular and hematology ward, and engaged in developing user-centered technological solutions and testing their effectiveness in a variety of treatment settings. Since 2009,she has worked as medical supervisor in Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University. She has her expertise in evidence-based research, practice development and teaching. Professor Jinnan Ou is the Board member of Internal nursing of Chinese Nursing Association, She is also a vice-director of the work groups (WG) for Hematology group of Chinese Nursing Association and vice Chairman of Nursing management Committee of Hunan Nursing Association. She has over 10 peer-reviewed journal articles and 6 book chapters. She has supervised 17 master candidates Including 1 Nepalese student.
