BIO


Man Ye is an Associate Professor of Xiangya School of Nursing at Central South University, the head nurse of the critical care section in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. She is also a young member of the Nursing Management Committee of the Chinese Nursing Society; vice-chairman of the Intensive Care Professional Committee of Hunan Nursing Society; member of Nursing Research Committee of Hunan Nursing Society; member of Nursing Group of Transplantation Professional Committee of Hunan Medical Association; member of Nursing Group of Professional Committee of Thoracic Surgery of Hunan Medical Association; reviewer of Journal of Nursing Scholarship and Applied Research in Quality of Life. In 2012, she was selected as a Chia fellow of Yale Association and visited Nursing School of Yale University for 6 months. She is good at respiratory tract management, health education and psychological nursing of patients with severe and complex diseases. She has been appraised as a capable worker of the Young Position in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University and an advanced individual for quality nursing service in Hunan Province. Dr. Ye has long been engaged in research on status and influential factors of mental health of inpatients and health promotions such as narrative nursing intervention program for them to improve their resilience and quality of life. Dr. Ye has supervised 8 research projects and has published more than 40 academic papers at home and abroad.
