At 10 a.m. on June 4, 2018, a delegation of 16 people from Mahilong University, led by vice president Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, visited Xiangya Medical School. The delegation was divided into two groups. One group went to Xiangya No.3 Hospital for visit and exchange, the other group came to our school for visit and exchange. The representatives who came to Xiangya Nursing School to visit and exchange were Associate Professor Atittaya Pornchaikate and Dr. Sirada Kasornsri, Au-Yeong, dean of the Nursing School of Mahidol University, and director of the international cooperation center of the nursing school.

First of all, under the guidance of deputy dean Li Xianhong and Professor Zeng Hui, director of Nursing Training Center, the guests visited the training classroom and laboratory of our school. Professor Zeng Hui made a detailed introduction to the guests on the use of experimental equipment, the setting up of experimental courses and the teaching effect of students' experimental courses. After that, the guests came to the school meeting room to have in-depth communication with our school leaders and teachers. Li Tao, secretary of the party committee of our school, warmly welcomed the guests. Tang Siyuan, dean of our school, exchanged his views from the perspective of international cooperation and talent training. Associate Professor Guo Jia, on behalf of our school, made a detailed introduction of Xiangya Nursing School for the past 100 years in terms of its development history, current situation and vision.

The representatives of Mahidol University expressed their appreciation for the influence and achievements of Xiangya Nursing School, and introduced the general situation of Mahidol Nursing School to our leaders and professors respectively, and expressed their desire for cooperation. After that, the two sides carried out free exchanges and discussions to jointly seek the possibility of cooperation in scientific research, teaching staff, talent training, mutual exchange and other aspects. Finally, the two sides gave each other gifts, took photos and ended the exchange in a friendly atmosphere.
