At 9AM on June 8, 2018, "Generating a Quality Paper", an academic report about Forum of Famous Teachers and Experts of Central South University, held by Xiangya Nursing School, was held in Room 457, Xiaoqian Building, new campus of Xiangya Medical School. The keynote speaker was Professor Michael Feuerstein, editor-in-chief of the Journal of Cancer Survival. The lecture was hosted by Associate Professor Liu Xiangyu from the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xiangya Medical School.  

The academic report was divided into two parts. The first part was about Publishing Your Research in SCI Journals. Professor Michael Feuerstein was rigorous and intelligent, with active interaction with students. He analyzed in detail the common reasons of rejection and revise in the process of submission and explained in a simple way the ideas and skills of writing SCI papers. In the second part, Professor Feuerstein introduced the basic information, the inclusion situation and the main characteristics of Journal of Occupational Rehabilitation and Journal of Cancer Survivorship: Research and Practice. He welcomed the students and teachers who are interested in Research with Cancer Survivorship and Rehabilitation.

Associate Professor Liu Xiangyu summed up the lecture. She first expressed her deep gratitude to Professor Feuerstein, pointing out that writing high-level SCI papers is an important aspect of representing the scientific research ability of researchers. She hoped that all of you could continue to learn and accumulate, strive to improve the scientific research ability, actively achieve the transformation of achievements, and contribute to the construction of nursing discipline and the development of nursing career!
