On the morning of October 20, 2015, a group of four experts from Binzhou Medical College visited our school for exchange of information, including Weidong Liu, Dean of School of Nursing, Binzhou Medical College, Wanhua Yan, Director of Basic Nursing Education and Research Department,  Xu Renhua, Director of the Basic Teaching and Research Department of Internal Medicine and Pediatric Nursing, and Zhao Xiaomin, Deputy Director of Teaching and Research. The meeting was attended by Luo Junfei, the Party Secretary of Xiangya School of Nursing, Tang Siyuan, Dean of the School, Yuan Shiping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Prof. Hui Zeng, Director of Health Care Research Center.  

On behalf of the school, Mr. Tang extended a warm welcome to the visiting group from the School of Nursing of Binzhou Medical College, introduced the participants and guests attending the meeting, and gave an overview of the faculty and the overall development of the School, with updates on the reform of the college.

Mr. Liu of Binzhou Medical College also gave an overview of the school, and put forward the difficulties of teaching reform as well as of experts training. Director Yan from the Nursing Department of Binzhou Medical College shared nursing laboratory management challenges for open discussion.

Mr. Yuan, deputy secretary of the party committee, spoke about the student’s employment from the perspective of our school and highlighted the Undergraduate Mentor system. Professor Zeng Hui shared the policies and guidelines of undergraduate education in our school. After the meeting, they visited the laboratory and talked with the laboratory staff.
