In order to meet the needs of the scientific research development of our School, attract more outstanding talents to engage in the scientific research at the postdoctoral mobile research station of our School, the School decides to openly admit postdoctoral researchers.

1. Enrollment Conditions and Number of Places: with a Doctor’s degree, excellent academic performance, physical and mental health, no more than 35 years old in principle, 3 places.

2. Enrollment Subject (Discipline Orientation): Nursing (Research on Community Chronic Disease Prevention, and Research on Nursing Psychology ).

3. Working Period: the post-doctors usually work for 2 years at the research station. The working period can be extended but the extension period shall not exceed 2 years if needed. Exceptional excellent post-doctors can apply for early completion of the scientific research, but the working period at the station shall not be less than 21 months.

4. Salary: for nationally unitedly enrolled post-doctors (personal files and wage relation, etc. are all transferred to CSU), annual pre-tax salary is 120,000 yuan (including salary, allowances, welfare, social insurance, etc.), 80% of which are paid monthly, 20% is linked to the results of the annual assessment, and will be paid once at the end of the year if the post-doctor passes the assessment. The cumulative payment period shall not exceed 3 years.

5. Scientific Research Funds: the post-doctors are mainly engaged in the scientific research projects of their supervisors, and the funds are mainly provided by the supervisors. The School provides the post-doctors with research starting-up fee of 20,000 yuan/person; the amount of additional research fund is linked to the mid-term assessment results, 30,000 yuan/person for excellent assessment results, 20,000 yuan/person for good assessment results, and 10,000 yuan/person for qualified results.

6. Rewards for Scientific Research Achievements: the post-doctors can receive corresponding rewards in accordance with the relevant regulations of the School during the working period.

7. Postdoctoral Assessment: implemented according to the relevant documents of CSU.

8. Application Time: the time of application for postdoctoral research of our School is before February 20, May 20, August 20, and November 20 every year.
