Xiang Ya Nursing School of Central South University decides to openly recruit 1-2 Basic Nursing teachers according to the needs of the development and teaching work of the School. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:


1. Number and Position of Recruitment

B. Position: Teaching and research position at Xiang Ya Nursing School, Central South University


2. Basic Conditions for Recruitment

A. Observe laws and regulations, with moral qualities, passion for the job, teamwork spirit, high comprehensive quality, and dedication spirit.

B. A Doctor’s degree obtained in a well-known overseas university and a bachelor degree in Nursing are required; those with a title of deputy senior professional post are preferred.

C. Physically and mentally healthy, no more than 35 years old (as of December 31 of the year).


3. Recruitment Procedures

A.Registration

(1) Registration Time: before September 30, 2016.

(2) Applicants shall fill in the “Form of Registration of New Staff of Xiang Ya Nursing School of CSU” (see Appendix) in accordance with the selection process of new teaching and scientific research staff of Xiang Ya Nursing School of CSU, and register at Comprehensive Office of Xiang Ya Nursing School of CSU with original ID card and various original graduation certificates and copies, or contact by e-mail (the above documents, certificates, form, etc. must be submitted for examination before qualification review).

B. Qualification Review and Comprehensive Assessment

(1) Time of Qualification Review: to be determined

(2) The Department of Human Resources and Xiang Ya Nursing School will review the materials and certificates provided by the applicants in accordance with the basic conditions of recruitment, and notify the applicants of the qualification review results by telephone or e-mail.

(3) The Department of Human Resources and Xiang Ya Nursing School will conduct a comprehensive assessment of applicants who have passed the qualification review, mainly examining their basic professional theory and knowledge, teaching ability, and the ability to analyze and solve professional problems. The time of comprehensive assessment will be announced by the School.


C. After the discussion by Professor Committee of the School and the approval by Party-Government meeting, the list of candidates to be employed will be published.


D. If there is no objection , the candidates to be employed shall log on to the website of the Department of Human Resources of Central South University and fill in the "Form of Approval for Teaching and Research Staff to Work in Central South University" according to the selection process of the new teaching and research staff of CSU. After the approval by the School, the form will be submitted to the university for review and approval.


4. Other Matters

A. During the employment period, the employees enjoy the corresponding welfare for employees with the same conditions.

B. The employed applicant can only engage in the teaching of Basic Nursing at this position during the employment period, and cannot be transferred to other positions.
