Xie Jianfei, female, born in December 1982 in Loudi, Hunan Province. PhD, Associate Professor, Young Talents of Hunan Province, Deputy chief nurse and deputy director of Nursing Department of theThird Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. She studied in Yale University, majoring in mental psychology. She is a member of the Nursing Psychology Committee of Chinese Psychological Society, young member of the Oncology Nursing Committee of Chinese Nursing Association, vice chairman of the Youth Committee of the Nursing Branch of the Rehabilitation Committee of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, the council member of Hunan Nursing Association, vice chairman of the Nursing Research Committee of Hunan Nursing Association, member of the International Cooperation Working Committee of Hunan Nursing Association, vice chairman of the Clinical Nursing Psychology Committee of Hunan Psychological Consultants Association, member of the Patient Safety Management Committee of Hunan Hospital Association, member of the Staff Mental Health Committee of Hunan Hospital Association, member of the Nursing Professional Committee of Hunan Science Writers Association, ect.
Research directions: safety management and psychological rehabilitation.   She has been the principal of many international and national projects, such as 1 National Natural Science Foundation project of China, 1 American Yali Association project, 2 Natural Science Foundation projects of Hunan Province, ect. As the first author or corresponding author, she has published over 50 professional papers (including 14 SCI papers). She applied for 12 patents, obtained 3 software copyrights and wrote 3 books. Moreover, she has won 8 awards, including the Scientific and Technological Achievement Award of Chinese Nursing Association, Hunan Scientific and Technological Progress Award, Hunan Medical Science and Technology Award, and the Scientific and Technological Achievement Award of Hunan Nursing Association.
