2.General information
ZHOU Xihong, female, a master’s degree, deputy chief nurse.
Professor Zhou is engaged in obstetric nursing, midwifery work. In 2006, she served as the head nurse of the first obstetric department /delivery room, and on August 2014, she served as the head nurse of the first surgical department of the Second Xiang Ya hospital of Central South University. With rich experience in nursing, midwifery and management knowledge, she specialized in the labor management and midwifery of dystocia, acute and critical pregnant women. In promoting the development of specialized nursing, she led the team to actively carry out LDR family delivery, maternal and child bedside care, painless delivery and unprotected perineal delivery under the guidance of family-centered humanized service concept. Meanwhile, she adopted a number of humanized service measures to promote natural delivery and reduce the rate of cesarean section. Her team took the lead in carrying out Doula instrument for labor analgesia and opened the first breast-feeding consultation clinic in Hunan province. She has won many honors such as "excellent teacher" in the Xiang Ya nursing school of Central South University, "top ten young people", "excellent female staff", "excellent head nurse" and "first prize of head nurse nursing skill competition" in the Second Xiang Ya hospital.
