He Ji-qun received the M.S. degree in Nursing from the Xiangya Nursing School of Central South University in 2009. She is currently pursuing clinical nursing research in operating room in the Xiangya Hospital Central South University.She has been working as operating room nurse for 28 years in the XiangYa hospital Central South University. From 2009 to 2020, she has studied on surgical safety management. Currently She serves as the head nurse of operating room, co-chief superintendent nurse. She also serves as the chairman of operating room committee in Hunan nursing association and the chairman of surgical equipment and materials professional committee, nursing equipment and materials in Hunan province. She has published over 40 academic papers, 8 national patents, 7 monographs (chief editor), presided over 3 provincial scientific research projects, participated in many provincial and ministerial projects and won the second prize of medical new technology of Central South University until now.
