He assisted the secretary to manage the party building, ideological and political work and security work. He is also responsible for students’ ideological and political education, students’ daily management and service work, trade union work, Communist Youth League work, student Union and community organization management work, and the work of the Customs Commission. As the Propaganda committee of the Party Committee, he is in charge of student affairs office.
